Unlike conventional iron core direct-wound rolls, it adopts a unique structure where "the shaft is fixed and only the rubber sleeve (outer wheel) rotates." Internal bearings reduce rotational resistance to the limit. It smoothly "follows" the sheet's conveying force without the need for a motor or other driving devices. It is ideal for preventing "scratches" and "slips" in high-performance films, non-woven fabrics, and paper processing lines that are sensitive to tension. **Features** Incredible low torque performance: It rotates smoothly even with weak tension, minimizing the load on the product. Easy installation and replacement: Simply fix the shaft. No need for motors, complex bearing designs, or electrical work. Replacing existing lines or adding test lines is easy. Functional surface processing: Grooving (helical or parallel) and polishing can adjust grip and air release properties. Adaptable to harsh environments: Material selection such as fluororubber and corrosion-resistant specifications can be produced for acid-based chemical lines and special environments.
