We received a request from a shipbuilding company in Maizuru City, Kyoto Prefecture, and conducted the aluminum corrosion pipe replacement work for a customs vessel from August 20 to September 1, 2025. The site was extremely confined, requiring high-difficulty aluminum TIG welding in all positions for this on-site work. After searching for about a year for a craftsman with an aluminum welding license (TN-1P), they consulted with our company for assistance. We removed the pipes that had progressed in electrolysis and corrosion due to the seawater environment and successfully welded the new aluminum pipes.
