Large Universal Hardness Testing Machine
This custom-made universal hardness testing machine has a force range of 500gf to 3000kgf and is compatible with all hardness scales including Vickers (including HVD), Knoop, Brinell (including HBD), and Rockwell. The motor-driven drop test head is equipped with a 9-position turret, allowing for a wide range of indenters and indenter actuators (with load cells), objective lenses, a cross-laser positioning system, and a load cell-compatible touch probe. The full tester and configuration control of IMPRESSIONS 4 can be easily operated via a 22-inch HD touchscreen. With a vast workpiece capacity of 1500mm (height) x 1500mm (depth), the NEMESIS 9800G2 is ideal for hardness testing of large and heavy components. The second Z-axis features a drop test head with a stroke of 125mm and a horizontal stroke of 1500mm, providing a wide range of testing options.
