We manufacture processed foods that utilize the characteristics of food materials using our unique enzyme processing and extraction technology. To efficiently produce high-quality food, we are constantly engaged in the development of food manufacturing methods and food production machinery. We are producing developed products using by-products (stems, yuzu juice residue) that have not been utilized in food until now. We are also working on food upcycling, such as producing paste products from unused agricultural products that do not meet standards.
