The "WA-085LB" is a cable that converts peripheral power connectors such as Parallel ATA (IDE) HDD into Serial ATA power connectors for SSDs, HDDs, and 5-inch optical drives. It converts the peripheral power connector (4-pin large) of the power supply unit to a Serial ATA power connector (15-pin) in a downward L shape.
