These universal hardness testing systems, designed to meet the most demanding requirements of modern manufacturing, combine a robust mechanical structure with high-end automation and high precision, providing reliable results even in the most challenging conditions. They feature a sturdy frame structure, accommodate large samples, include workpiece clamps with load cell control, and support an extended load range of 200 gf to 3000 kgf (approximately 200 to 3000 kgf), making them suitable for testing everything from standard tests to large steel components, castings, coatings, welds, and heat-treated parts. The electric 8-position turret, equipped with multiple indenters and objectives, enables fast and highly reproducible testing across various methods—making operation easy and time-efficient.
