The SPRZ series is a high-performance reactor that achieves excellent DC superimposition characteristics in high current ranges by adopting a ferrite core. By enhancing resistance to magnetic saturation, which has been a challenge in conventional reactors, it maintains stable inductance while enabling efficient power conversion even in high current environments. This series was developed to meet the high power requirements in the rapidly expanding fields of distributed power sources and energy storage, such as EV fast chargers, home energy storage systems, and V2H (Vehicle to Home). In particular, its excellent DC superimposition characteristics help suppress fluctuations in current waveforms in switching power supply circuits, contributing to the overall stability and reliability of the system. Furthermore, by adopting a unique shape that is currently under design registration application, the product is designed with consideration for heat dissipation and mounting, aiming to set a standard for next-generation reactors that can handle high power in limited spaces.
