The SPRY series is a groundbreaking high-current reactor that simultaneously achieves "noise reduction" and "reduction of stray capacitance," which have traditionally been difficult to reconcile in conventional reactors, by integrating CKS's unique low-noise technology "CROSS-TRANS" with high-current edgewise coils. The CROSS-TRANS technology fundamentally suppresses noise sources through the assurance of magnetic flux symmetry and optimization of current paths. This simplifies EMI countermeasures for the entire power supply circuit, contributing to increased design flexibility and cost reduction. Furthermore, the adoption of edgewise coils optimizes the distance between conductors, significantly reducing stray capacitance. It maintains stable inductance characteristics even in the high-frequency range while achieving suppression of switching losses and high efficiency. Additionally, the new structural design, which is currently under patent application, excels in heat dissipation and mounting capability, enabling high performance in limited spaces.
