Through simulated audits using a virtual manufacturing facility, participants will experience the entire process, including how to establish an audit agenda, extract risks from the site and documents, group and rank findings, and provide effective feedback during review meetings. Additionally, through role-playing, participants will understand the perspectives of both auditors and auditees, developing the practical skills necessary to conduct "convincing audits" in the field.
