■ Usable Component Conditions (Reference Values) The following are guideline conditions based on past performance. Actual considerations will be made individually depending on the component shape and process content. Component Size: Small and precise components ranging from a few millimeters to several tens of millimeters. Component Shape: Thin, fine, asymmetrical shapes, and components that require orientation management. Materials: Plastics, thin sheet metals, composite materials (plastic + metal), etc. Handling Conditions: Support for components that are prone to scratches and those that require posture control. Even components that are said to be "difficult to automate" will be examined from the perspective of process breakdown and jig design.
