The "AB-2550 Kronos Dio" is a real-time luminescence monitoring system for cultured cells that uses a photomultiplier tube as a detector. Using a 35mm diameter culture dish as the sample container, it is suitable for monitoring gene expression in cultured cells and tissue slices in real-time over a period of hours to days. Additionally, it allows for temperature control (via air circulation) and 5% CO2 control.
