The "WSF-2000 MH Fermograph III" is a multi-sample fermentation gas automatic measurement system that can simultaneously and automatically measure the gas generation of up to 20 samples. The measurement data can be used for breeding new useful microbial strains, quality control in yeast production, baking, brewing, and exploring appropriate medium compositions and fermentation conditions.
