The "TI-H220" is a tray-to-tray type handler that automatically transports various ICs stored in the supply tray, conducts electrical characteristic tests using a tester connected to this device, and classifies and stores the results into good and defective product trays based on the test results. Despite its compact body, which is among the smallest in the industry, it achieves high-precision handling through robust design and image recognition technology.
