We would like to introduce a case where "TR533" was implemented in gelato manufacturing and sales. The customer operates a doll store as their main business and started gelato manufacturing and sales as a new venture during periods other than doll demand seasons such as Hinamatsuri and Tango no Sekku. To start gelato sales, a compact top seal machine was introduced as a solution since directly sealing the lid is not allowed due to the use of dairy products.
