High-precision foil stamping on varnished and die-cut cardboard sheets [Post-processing and trouble handling]
High-pressure foil stamping process
Resolved the foil stamping of "varnishing" and "die-cutting" that was rejected by other companies. Firmly established with Heidelberg GTP's 40t pressure and automatic feeding.
"I want to add foil stamping to packages that have already been printed and varnished." "I want to add a logo to the die-cut layout." Fujii Printing handles high-difficulty post-processing foil stamping that is usually rejected for being "not fixable" or "not compatible with the machine." With the maximum pressure capacity of 40 tons from the German platen press "Heidelberg GTP" and the "four adjustment techniques (temperature, pressure, speed, foil selection)" by skilled artisans, we achieve strong adhesion on slippery varnished surfaces and PP-coated surfaces. Furthermore, thanks to our unique know-how, we can automate the feeding of "die-cut deformed cardboard," boasting overwhelming productivity compared to manual feeding. We offer short lead times and low costs for medium-lot projects in the range of 1,000 to 10,000 sheets.

basic information
**Main Features** **Strong Adhesion to Varnished Surfaces**: We select the optimal "special adhesive foil" based on the components of the surface processing layer and press it with a maximum pressure of 40 tons. This achieves durability that prevents peeling even when scratched with nails. **Automatic Feeding of Deformed Paper**: Even paper that cannot pass through regular printing machines, such as "Thomson processed" paper, can be automatically transported thanks to GTP's suction adjustment. This significantly reduces costs and lead times compared to manual feeding. **Support for Thick Paperboard**: Compatible with paperboard and thick paper from thin paper up to a maximum thickness of 2.0mm. Ideal for additional processing of thick materials such as packaging, fixtures, and POP displays. **Specifications** Processing Equipment: Heidelberg GTP (Platen-type foil stamping machine) Maximum Pressure Capacity: 40 tons Supported Sizes: Minimum 90×100mm to Maximum 340×460mm Supported Paper Thickness: 0.01mm to 2.0mm (supports paperboard and thick paper) Supported Foils: Gold, silver, black, white, other colors, holograms, etc. Surface Processing Compatibility: Can be processed over varnishing, PP lamination, matte PP lamination, etc. Feeding Method: Automatic feeding (capable of handling deformed paper) Lot Size: From small lots (100 sheets) to classes of 10,000 sheets.
