In-Process Inspection Instead of "finding defects at the end," we prevent variations in quality and rework by stopping issues during the process. ✓ Measurement of TP products, checking thickness, twist, dimensions, etc. ✓ Measurement of the first good material; if there are no issues with the results, proceed with processing the second and subsequent good materials ✓ Full inspection of holes with strict tolerances 3. Finished Product Inspection Products that have completed processing undergo a finished product inspection by dedicated inspectors to prevent processing defects and mix-ups. ✓ The temperature in the inspection room is kept constant 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ✓ Measurement items are placed in the inspection room from the day before the measurement date, and the product temperature is checked before measurement 4. Visual Inspection | Delivery Before shipment, we conduct a final check of the product condition to prevent the mixing of defective products. ✓ The interior of recessed products is visually inspected using a fiberscope ✓ All items are visually inspected and checked for burrs, etc., using the same procedure
