This is the evaluation result obtained from in-situ measurements of all-solid-state batteries.
This paper compares Raman spectra obtained according to the charging state of all-solid-state batteries, examining the chemical state changes and interfacial behaviors associated with charge and discharge from the responses of the positive electrode active material, solid electrolyte, and conductive additives. By continuously evaluating from the initial state to the operand conditions of 2.5 V and 4.3 V, we can infer signs of reactions and degradation occurring in each constituent material from the trends in peak shape changes and shifts. Below, we will organize and explain the characteristic changes observed in NCA, LPS, and CB using the obtained spectra, as well as the material behaviors they suggest. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
