RA128 is a multifunctional acoustic camera that integrates two types of information: sound and heat, allowing for intuitive visualization of equipment anomalies. With its 128-channel high-sensitivity microphone array, it accurately captures sounds of compressed air and various gas leaks, as well as partial discharge sounds in electrical equipment, quickly identifying the source even in noisy environments. Additionally, it is equipped with a thermal thermometer function, enabling simultaneous confirmation of temperature distribution on equipment surfaces and localized temperature rises! By combining acoustic and temperature information, it can diagnose complex anomalies such as gas leaks, discharge abnormalities, and overheating with a single device, significantly improving inspection efficiency and accuracy. Since it allows for non-contact and non-destructive measurements, inspections can be carried out without stopping operating equipment, contributing to enhanced safety in maintenance work and reduced downtime.
