Next, immediately transfer it to the cooling salt bath AB-1 and cool it at 350 to 400°C for 5 to 20 minutes. Finish: Non-glossy black color, excellent fatigue resistance, wear resistance, and minimal distortion. ■SQP Process After SQ, finish to the specified surface roughness using barrel, buff, or super finish. Features: High corrosion resistance, lubricity, and beautiful metallic luster. ■QPQ Process After SQP, briefly re-immerse in the oxidation salt bath AB-1.
