When using pump-type bottles for shampoo and body soap, we aimed to alleviate the small frustrations of "I can't use it all the way to the end!" and "It's still there, but it won't come out!" By applying machining and adjustment techniques based on operational skills during molding, we designed the bottom of the bottle to be in a mortar shape. Since it is molded as a single part, it offers the following benefits: - Monomaterial = no need for waste separation - One-piece integrated molding reduces heat emission during the molding process - Reduces the amount of water used for rinsing the container and disposing of residual liquid into the sewage system This product is also considerate of the SDGs.
