A dispenser that continuously extrudes silicone grease without air bubbles.
High-viscosity materials such as silicone grease are discharged with high precision. The material is pressed downward through a pressurized screw rotation, and air bubbles are expelled from the discharge port, allowing for degassing before discharge. The pressurized air in the syringe is exhausted to prevent variations in application volume and material splatter. It also accommodates small volume discharges.

【Defoaming Mechanism】 1. The material is filled into the syringe, during which air bubbles are mixed in. 2. The material in the syringe is supplied to the pump. 3. It is sent toward the nozzle while being pressurized by a pressure screw. When the pressure increases, the air bubbles cannot move toward the nozzle and instead move upward. 4. The moved air bubbles are discharged from the defoaming outlet. 5. By removing the air bubbles, it prevents interruptions in application and scattering of the material. It also reduces variations in the application amount.
