High-precision insert
◇What is knurling? Knurling is a process that creates fine unevenness on the surface, which enhances the bonding of materials by inserting them into synthetic resin through methods such as press-fitting. It serves to prevent parts from coming apart, to stop rotation, to provide friction and grip, and to act as a slip-resistant feature. Mass production processing from knurled materials We can accommodate both cases of knurling processing on lathe machines. If you have concerns about knurling, please feel free to consult with Tobisawa Manufacturing. We also welcome inquiries for small lot processing and prototypes.
