We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of a tube extrusion line aimed at in-house production of purchased items at our company. Previously, the dimensional accuracy of purchased tubes was unstable, leading to a high rate of defects during secondary processing and inconsistent yield. Therefore, we designed and manufactured a tube extrusion line capable of stable production within the required dimensional tolerances through vacuum sizing and automatic control of the outer diameter.
