We have equipment such as lead wire processing machines and a number of knowledgeable veteran staff members. This time, we would like to introduce a case from a company that requested our services regarding the cost and time issues of manual lead wire processing. [Challenge] The company had been processing lead wires in-house, but it was costly and time-consuming, and they wanted to find a solution. [Proposal] We proposed to the company that they provide us with drawings and specifications, and we would supply samples. We suggested that with our delivery times and multiple production lines, we could provide the service in a shorter period than their previous in-house processing. [Resolution] The total cost was reduced compared to in-house production, and the management workload for process management, work guidance, and quality records decreased. This allowed the on-site personnel to be reallocated to higher value-added processes, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, Pearcom conducts 100% visual inspections of lead wires, with the capability of inspecting 50,000 pieces per day. We have the production capacity to perform visual inspections of up to 1 million pieces per month.
