No-Curve is a paint-like product developed by the U.S. company Park Chemical, designed to prevent local carburization in gas carburizing or solid carburizing processes, as well as to prevent oxidation scale and decarburization during the heating of high alloy steel in rolling, casting, annealing, or hardening operations. Features: The coated area is completely protected from carburization, making post-processing easy. = Excellent effect It can be applied or sprayed onto the necessary areas easily by anyone. = Easy to work with It contains no toxic or hazardous substances. One can (1 gallon) can cover approximately 40m² with two coats. = Economical It allows for non-oxidizing hardening in an electric furnace without the need for protective gases. = Cost reduction

Container: 1 gallon / 6.8 kg Instructions for Use: 1. Before application, thoroughly clean the steel surface and remove oil, dust, etc. (also remove rust). 2. Stir the No-Curve well, then apply it with a soft brush or by dipping. To ensure complete prevention of carburizing, apply 2-3 times. 3. After application, let it sit for about 20 minutes, then dry thoroughly at 50-80°C. 4. The suitable temperature range for using No-Curve is 800-1,100°C. For oxidation prevention below 800°C, we recommend Condursal 0090, which can be easily removed with water. 5. Removal after treatment: - If used for carburizing prevention: remove with mechanical operations such as wire brushes or sandblasting. - If used for oxidation scale prevention: most will naturally peel off with rapid cooling → removal is relatively easy. 6. Use on threaded parts is not recommended, as it may compromise thread accuracy. For this purpose, Condursal 0090, which can be easily removed with hot water, is suitable. 7. No-Curve can be used in its delivered state. However, if moisture evaporates and it becomes concentrated during storage, it can be diluted with water for use.
