Dynamic viscoelastic data, which is essential for product development, is highly dependent on "strain" and "stress." Data obtained under conditions different from actual usage does not accurately reflect the material properties in product development. The "Double Drive" system controls dynamic and static loads with two independent motors, providing dynamic displacements of ±0.01μm to ±6.000mm and dynamic loads of ±0.01N to ±500N (with higher models up to ±4000N). Additionally, it can provide static displacements of up to 60mm and static loads of up to 1500N through individual motors. With sufficient displacement and load performance, it can replicate the actual loads experienced by products, accommodating various materials such as rubber, resin, carbon (CFRP, CFRTP), film, metal, ceramic, and glass.
