■Project We have received a highly challenging request that requires the simultaneous achievement of high variety, small lot production, and high precision, involving the manufacturing of over 300 types of miniature bearing holders, with each type requiring 10 to 30 pieces. Types: Over 300 Surface treatment: Chemical nickel plating / Blackening Assembly of NSK bearings and filling with lubricant Strict precision requirements for concentricity, flatness, and center hole positioning This is a project that is very difficult to handle with conventional methods.
