The focusing type is used for inspecting non-woven fabrics and paper, as well as for checking scratches on mirror-like workpieces. The focusing diffusion type is a versatile line proof that can be used in both bright field and dark field. The diffusion type is used for drop inspections in Tohmei Thailand and for inspecting specular reflection on workpieces with high reflectivity, such as scratches in the flow direction of metal plates and films. By combining with the coaxial drop unit CO-VLN series, it captures specular reflected light and detects surface irregularities.
