We would like to introduce a case where MD Holdings Co., Ltd. implemented our "Quick Sort." The company, a leading general trading company in the Kansai confectionery wholesale industry, faced challenges due to a decrease in work efficiency caused by an increase in the shipping ratio of case products, as well as issues arising from the aging of existing material handling equipment and rising maintenance costs. Our proposal, which could complete the construction over the weekend, was the deciding factor for the implementation. The construction was completed in about 36 hours, earlier than scheduled, without major issues.
