The dilution rate is less than 10%, so even with a 1mm build-up layer, the performance and functionality of the build-up material can be fully demonstrated. Due to the low heat input, it is possible to build up on thin and small-diameter materials, which was difficult with conventional arc/plasma welding. Overlay thickness: 1mm per layer (generally effective overlay layers of 1mm to 3mm). We offer cobalt-based, nickel-based, and iron-based hard overlay materials, so please consult with us.
