We would like to introduce our processing achievements in "stripping tanks/cleaning tanks." These are used in the manufacturing equipment for liquid crystal displays, and we have produced numerous processing tanks from the 3rd to the 10th generation. Tanks that process glass substrates with a side length of over 2 meters are capable of large-scale internal and external electrolytic polishing in collaboration with major electrolytic companies. Stripping tanks and similar products are connected with bolts through machining from both sides. The main body of the tank has a thickness of t2, making the "dimensional tolerance," "warpage," and "flatness" at the connection points crucial. We conduct leak tests (such as water filling) in-house.
