We would like to introduce our main machine and equipment, the handheld fiber laser welding machine "FLW-1500MT." It adopts an oscillator with a rated output of 1500W. By combining the high output of the oscillator with a wobbling mechanism, it achieves a wide range of welding capabilities, from "smooth welding unique to fiber lasers" to "focused, low-distortion welding with deep penetration" (for plate thickness t4.0/SUS aluminum). Additionally, compared to TIG welding, it significantly reduces burn and distortion, allowing for high-speed welding even with thicker plates.
