1. Increase in solder volume… As the miniaturization of semiconductor electronic components progresses, to compensate for the insufficient printed solder volume, adding Exactalloy preforms to the solder paste improves joint strength and reliability, achieving 100% through-hole filling. 2. No-paste soldering/solder washer… The solder washer is a solder ring with integrated flux designed to achieve 100% hole fill for through-hole components. It eliminates the need for solder paste and accommodates various mounting methods such as induction, laser, and vapor phase. 3. Void reduction technology (AccuFlux BTC-578)… To enhance thermal reliability for bottom terminal components such as QFN, QFP, and DPAK, we offer the AccuFlux BTC-578 preform, which achieves low voiding. Our unique micro-flux coat technology ensures uniform and highly reproducible low void performance. 4. Spacer (TrueHeight)… The TrueHeight spacer is a high-precision standoff designed to prevent corner bridging and variations in bond line thickness caused by BGA warpage. It prevents component tilt during reflow, ensuring stable gap control and void escape.
