We would like to introduce a case where we implemented the "GX Solution" at our manufacturing site as part of our efforts towards carbon neutrality. Traditionally, the manual data collection conducted once a month placed a burden on the on-site workers. Additionally, while it was possible to monitor the overall macro electricity usage of the factory, there were limited means to grasp the micro electricity usage at the equipment or line level. With the introduction of this solution, we are now able to remotely aggregate electricity usage data from the entire factory down to individual equipment. By reviewing operating times based on the collected data, we have achieved a reduction in standby power and electricity costs.
