From reverse engineering to design, mass production, and sales.
As part of our external appeal for forged products, we developed our first in-house product. By reverse engineering the shape from genuine parts using a 3D scanner, we designed a shape suitable for forging with 3D CAD, conducted CAE analysis for strength evaluation, and produced a prototype with a 3D printer. This allowed us to successfully pursue a shape that is easy to forge in a short period of about two months from planning to prototyping. Utilizing the equipment we have as a forging factory, we also carried out mold production, forging, and post-processing in-house, which helped reduce costs by internalizing a significant factor that increases the cost of forged products. After sales, we have received positive feedback from many customers.
