Therefore, we introduced "Chura Key" and installed a door terminal at the entrance. This allowed us to unlock the door even without the key, resolving these issues. <Company E> It was necessary to strictly record entry into the security room, the reason for entry, and the time of exit, and until now, this was done manually by the entrants. However, there was always a concern about forgetting to record this information. Therefore, we introduced "Chura Key" and installed a door terminal on the outside of the security room door and a paired terminal for exit records on the inside. With the outside door terminal, entrants can select the "reason for entry" upon entering, digitizing the management that was previously done on paper and alleviating concerns about missing entries. Furthermore, the digitization has made statistics and analysis easier.
