CraftPix, the first on-demand inkjet printing system in the substrate industry.
A groundbreaking industrial inkjet printer that improves product quality, reduces costs, and lessens environmental impact by digitizing the manufacturing process of printed circuit boards. This immediate curing type printer performs printing and ink curing simultaneously with just one inkjet printer. Four benefits brought by CraftPix: 01. Digitization CraftPix has realized an innovative solution by printing based on digitized printing data. 02. High-quality printing CraftPix can print legend ink, solder resist ink, and etch resist ink quickly and with high precision. 03. Cost reduction By directly drawing immediate curing ink onto the circuit board while simultaneously curing the ink, there is no need for frames or squeegees. There is also no need for films, special exposure machines, or chemical solvents. 04. Ecology With on-demand printing by CraftPix, there is no need for chemical solvents, significantly reducing environmental impact. Additionally, the device is equipped with an ink recycling system that keeps waste ink generated during nozzle cleaning to less than 1%.

In 1979, we established Tokyo Machine and Tool Co., Ltd. with the aim of selling tools and consumables for drilling machines used in printed circuit board processing to meet customer needs. The precision and density required for product substrates have further advanced, and there is a wide range of peripheral equipment such as exposure devices and inspection instruments. Our company aims to offer a product lineup that can propose solutions for the entire process, from material input to product inspection, not just limited to the drilling process of printed circuit boards. We have also established sales bases in Thailand and Vietnam, aiming for global sales that meet customer needs.
