Since its establishment in 1967, the company has steadily expanded its performance and contributed to the community. It is the only casting production company within the NTN Group, one of the world's leading bearing manufacturers. Under the corporate philosophy of contributing to the international community through the creation of new technologies and the development of new products, the company aims to realize a sustainable "smooth society." The factory features the capability to produce a wide range of materials, from ultra-small automotive parts weighing 0.2 kg to large industrial machinery products weighing 90 kg, in response to high customer demand for FC and FCD. The casting process employs a melting system using high-frequency electric furnaces and holding furnaces. Additionally, to enhance the efficiency of the melting process, equipment such as a sprue crushing machine to minimize input materials and a gate removal machine that can efficiently remove casting gates have been introduced, aiming to improve the working environment through efficiency and labor-saving measures.
