We would like to introduce the "automatic filling device" that we handle. The operator sets the filling tube component in the parts stocker, selects the product type (recipe) on the operation screen, and starts the operation. After the device performs the attachment and fastening of the end components, it connects to the filling container and fills the inside of the filling tube by measuring and injecting the filling material in a dispersed state and by high-pressure solvent delivery. After filling, the filling tube is detached following the prescribed vacuum procedure, and after finishing the end surface, reattaching the end components, and applying labels, it is stored in the product stocker.
