Log-periodic antenna logarithmic periodic measurement antenna TBMA3
The TBMA3 is an affordable logarithmic periodic measuring antenna designed for radiated noise EMC pre-compliance testing. The TBMA3 is characterized in the frequency range of 250 MHz to 1.3 GHz, showing typical values for VSWR and antenna factor for logarithmic periodic measuring antennas. CISPR 16 divides the frequency range into multiple bands and specifies a particular antenna for each band. For the frequency range above 300 MHz and below 1 GHz, the use of a logarithmic periodic antenna (log-periodic antenna) for radiated noise measurements is specified by CISPR 16. The TBMA3 features a radiating element and support boom made of powder-coated aluminum alloy and is a standard-sized logarithmic periodic antenna. It comes with a standard N-type female connector and includes an antenna bracket and mounting adapter. The bottom of the mount adapter has a standard 1/4-inch screw hole, allowing for easy connection to most standard tripods. The TBMA3 is shipped stored in a sturdy carrying case as shown in the photo above.
