Introducing a case study on a control method that prevents the temperature of the solenoid valve from rising too high!
We would like to introduce a case where we developed a pneumatic circuit control device to circulate the solution in a decellularized circuit through a diaphragm at a periodic rhythm that mimics pulsation. During control, LOG information is output to the SD at intervals of 5 to 100 ms. Due to the short sampling interval, we enabled long-term LOG collection using a touch panel instead of a PLC. In the wiring of the pneumatic tubes, we have carefully arranged the components and wiring to avoid obstructing the flow of air pressure. 【Notable Technologies】 ■ Air pressure range of pressure sensors - Positive pressure air: 0 to 200 KPa - Negative pressure air: -100 to 0 KPa - Pump air pressure: -100 to 300 KPa *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The digital technology that was the foundation of our establishment has evolved to the point where tiny chips now control various functions. It seems that by combining existing units and implementing necessary functions through software, we have become capable of addressing most on-site needs. However, it is precisely in such an era that hardware, software, and engineers who understand the field have become increasingly valuable. We aspire to have engineers who can engage in deeper communication by providing accurate advice based on actual experience after thoroughly hearing our customers' needs. Furthermore, we believe that our ability to respond promptly to customer needs through "single-item production" and "small-lot production" is a value that will never disappear, regardless of changes in the times.
