Separation of educational videos and old version materials for long-term storage! A case of reviewing capacity while keeping on-site use unchanged.

We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "necfru MAM/DAM," which has separated the user manuals, photos, and educational videos from Google Drive/OneDrive to a long-term storage side at a food machinery manufacturer. As the number of educational videos and photos increased, the synchronized storage became heavy, and outdated materials remained, creating a situation where the field could easily become confused. Customer-facing materials and internal documents were mixed, and the criteria for deletion were unclear, which posed challenges. By managing tags based on model, process, and revision date, current usage was separated for operational purposes, while older versions were moved to MAM/DAM. Photos and videos are stored in a way that allows for previewing, and a system was established to route long-term storage items to COLD.
