A stop bolt with a PTFE pad developed for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and vacuum devices. The tip pad uses fluororesin (PTFE), while the bolt body is made of SUS316(L), which has excellent corrosion resistance. The main feature is a mechanical fixation structure that does not use any adhesives, which suppresses outgassing and is ideal for clean environments. PTFE has a heat resistance of approximately 260°C and excellent chemical resistance, maintaining stable performance even in acidic, alkaline, and solvent environments. Its low friction characteristics prevent scratches on the workpiece, making it ideal for precision positioning applications. Compared to conventional urethane and POM pad products, it significantly improves reliability in high-temperature, chemical, and vacuum environments, making it a high-performance positioning stopper.
