The cause was due to play in the equipment, and the timing of maintenance relied on the operator's intuition. As a result of verification using the "VD-unit," it was confirmed that there was approximately a 50% difference in vibration values during specific processing before and after maintenance. Based on data verification, a monitoring and control system has been established.
