This is a plating technology that leverages the lightweight and molding flexibility of resin while providing high electromagnetic wave shielding performance. By using copper (Cu) or nickel (Ni) plating, it reflects electromagnetic waves and achieves a shielding effect of over 99.99% (over 80dB). It accommodates a wide frequency range from low to high frequencies and can effectively block both electric and magnetic fields. It has excellent adhesion, eliminating concerns about peeling like a film, and also boasts long-term reliability. Two types are available based on application: single-sided plating and double-sided plating, contributing to designs that do not require shielding housings. Depending on the application, you can choose between single-sided and double-sided plating.
