This is a commercial dried burdock made from salad burdock produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It is processed into a shredded type that can be used as is without the need for soaking to remove bitterness. The low-temperature drying method brings out the natural aroma and umami of the burdock. It is easy to use as an ingredient in kinpira, stir-fries, and mixed rice, as it can be added directly to cooking. It is a product made from the raw material without the use of glucose. We are also flexible in responding to OEM manufacturing requests and can accommodate inquiries regarding specification changes and packaging. The minimum order is 10 bags (100g). Powder processing is also possible.
