This is a commercial dried pumpkin made from domestically produced pumpkins from Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It is available in two types of cuts: thin strips and large pieces. The pumpkin is dried at low temperatures with the skin on, which concentrates its sweetness, and it retains a fluffy texture and vibrant color even after rehydration. It is suitable for a wide range of uses, including confectionery, bakery, soups, and side dishes. Powder processing is also possible. It does not contain glucose. We are flexible in OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
