This is a commercial dried cucumber made from original species cucumbers produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. Thanks to low-temperature drying, it offers a unique crunchy texture after rehydration. It can be utilized in a wide range of industries, including prepared food manufacturing, ready-to-eat meals, school lunches, and senior care food. It absorbs seasoning liquids well, making it ideal for marinating and as a mixed vegetable ingredient. It does not contain glucose. We also flexibly accommodate OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
