This is a commercial dried shiitake mushroom carefully dried at three different temperatures, produced in Kyoto Prefecture. We offer three types: sliced, whole, and just the stems. It is compatible with both log and substrate cultivation. It features a light and soft texture with concentrated umami, and the soaking liquid can also be used as a high-quality broth. Powder processing is also available. No glucose is used. We are flexible in OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
