This is a commercial dried spinach made from spinach (Bentenmaru variety) produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It is a functional variety with low bitterness and rich in lutein. The leaves and stems are dried separately, allowing for customization according to needs. It can be used as a powder ingredient, pet nutritional supplement, or OEM dried vegetable mix material. No glucose is used. It is also flexible in OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
